On September 19, 2025, the Telangana government launched two new welfare schemes aimed at supporting minority communities and promoting self-employment. These initiatives were introduced by Minister for SC, ST, and Minorities Welfare, Adluri Laxman Kumar, at the state secretariat.

1. Indiramma Minority Mahila Yojana
Objective: To provide financial assistance to widows, divorcees, orphans, and unmarried women from economically weaker sections to support self-employment ventures.
Financial Support: ₹50,000 as a one-time grant.
Eligibility: Women from minority communities belonging to economically weaker sections.
Application Deadline: October 6, 2025.

2. Revanth Anna ka Sahara – Miskeen la Kosam
Objective: To provide financial support to individuals from the Fakeer and Dudekula communities to enhance their livelihoods.
Financial Support: ₹1,00,000 along with mopeds to facilitate mobility and income generation.
Eligibility: Members of the Fakeer and Dudekula communities.
Application Deadline: October 6, 2025.
