Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the credit of providing the first opportunity to people in the country to live with self-respect goes to Indira Gandhi. He said that there is no village in this country without an Indiramma colony. He said that Indira Gandhi established self-respect by providing land rights to Dalits and Adivasis. He said that millions of acres of agricultural land in the country have been given to the poor and Dalits because of Indira Gandhi.

A mobile app has been prepared to identify beneficiaries based on the applications received in the public administration for the construction of Indiramma houses. Revanth Reddy said that the houses are being constructed using technology so that only the deserving ones get houses based on artificial intelligence after examining the applications received in the public administration. Beneficiaries will have to register their details in the Indiramma Houses app.

In addition to the assistance provided by the government, beneficiaries can build houses of their own choice. The CM clarified that there are no restrictions and they can build the design of the houses as they like. He said that four and a half lakh houses will be built in the state in the first year, 3500 houses per constituency. He said that administrative approval has also been given.

Revanth Reddy announced that special houses will be constructed for the tribals and the tribal people within the limits of ITDAs. He said that the construction of Indiramma houses for Gonds and tribal families will be constructed additionally regardless of this scheme. He said that a special package will be provided in ITDA areas. Revanth Reddy said that a model house will be built for house construction in each mandal center. He said that the beneficiaries can see those houses and finalize the design of their houses.
