Telangana MeeSeva: From birth to death, we have to go to Meeseva centers to get any certificate. However, depending on our needs, some Meeseva center operators charge more money. Many people leave because they don't know what to do if they charge more money.

Applications for various certificates have to be made at Meeseva centers in Telangana. However, the government has issued guidelines on how much to charge for which certificate. But some are charging more money from innocent people. They are careful not to even see the fare chart in Meeseva centers. Due to this, those who need certificates are being cheated by paying more money.

How much for what

Rs. 95 for date of birth certificate (additional Rs. 5 is taken for application form)

 

Rs. 45 for caste certificate

 

Rs. 45 for income certificate

 

Rs. 45 for OBC certificate

 

Rs. 45 for death certificate

 

Rs. 45 for residence certificate

 

You have to apply for many other types of certificates at Meeseva Kendras. But mostly people come for these 6 certificates. The administrators of Meeseva Kendras are charging more money from them. If you ask.. they give careless answers. Due to this, many people leave silently, not knowing who to complain to. The same situation is in TG Online and TGTS centers.

 

If more money is collected from the people there will be DMs at the district level for these. Each district has a DM and supervises these. At the top level there will be EDMs. If the complaint is not responded to at the DM level, a complaint can be filed with the EDM. Recently, the government has decided to expand the Meeseva services. 9 more services have been brought under the scope of Meeseva.
