As Ali did not respond to these notices, Ek Mangodi Panchayat Secretary Shobharani issued notices for the second time. She asked him to submit documents related to the construction of the farmhouse and obtain permissions. Otherwise, she warned that appropriate action would be taken as per the Panchayat Raj Act.

When the first notice was given on the 5th of this month regarding the illegal constructions in the farmhouse, there was no response from Ali. It seems that notices were issued again on the 22nd of this month. The Panchayat Secretary said that notices were served to those working in the farmhouse.

Construction of the farmhouse

A few years ago, comedian Ali purchased agricultural land in the Ek Mangodi gram panchayat limits. Ali used that land for farming. With the help of local laborers, he planted crops and orchards on this land. However, he decided to build a farmhouse to stay while going to his farm and started construction. The locals alleged that construction was undertaken in the farmhouse without informing the village panchayat officials and without taking any permission.
