negotiable orders.
There has always been criticism of the orderly system in the
police department. There are allegations that even though they are police jobs
in name, the personnel of the special police forces are being used for their
own work worse than the norms. There are allegations that starting from CIs to
DGPs in the name of orderly, they do their own work with fellow police
personnel for their own work and services.
Even though the services of uniformed personnel are to be
used to control law and order and use additional personnel in times of need,
they are limited to doing housework, gardening, cooking, playing with the
children of officials, taking them to schools, and driving. In this order,
their personal freedom and families are also being taken away.
In this way, there is dissatisfaction among the lower level
staff that the officers are using thousands of police personnel for their own
services for the personal services of the police officers. Recently, the issue
of simultaneous dismissal orders has become a topic of discussion as the staff
members became agitated over the orders issued on the performance of duties
along with holidays.
