Telangana High Court Law Clerk Posts: Telangana High Court has released a notification for the recruitment of 33 Law Clerk posts on contractual basis. Eligible candidates can apply before 23rd November. Applications have to be sent through offline mode.

Telangana High Court has released a notification for the recruitment of Law Clerks. A total of 33 posts will be filled on contractual basis. Candidates with 3 or 5 years law degree are eligible for clerk posts. Applications are invited to fill the posts of 31 Law Clerks to work in Telangana High Court and 2 Law Clerks to work in State Judicial Academy, Secunderabad. These posts are filled on contract basis for a period of one year. Eligible candidates can apply before 23rd November.

 

Eligibility for applying for Law Clerk Posts

Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as on 1st July. The age limit relaxation is three years for OBCs, five years for SCs and STs and ten years for disabled persons.

Applicant must be a citizen of India.

The applicant should have obtained a degree in law from a recognized university. After completing 10+2 you have to study 5 years regularly. OR Three years degree course after 10+2 schooling followed by 3 years regular law degree.

Candidate must have passed in Law two years prior to the date of release of Law Clerk notification.

Candidate should not pursue any other course of study or any other profession. They should stay away from their studies and other professions while performing duties as a law clerk.

Candidates should have computer knowledge including retrieval. Must have knowledge of Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw.

The application proforma is placed on the official website https://tshc.gov.in/.

Offline applications should be sent to the address "The Registrar General, Telangana High Court, Hyderabad". Copies of relevant documents for proof of age, category, educational qualification should be attached. Qualifications and Acknowledgment should be posted by registered post to the address of the High Court before 23 November 2024 at 5.00 PM.

Officials said in an announcement that they should click on the link https://iith.ac.in/careers/ and apply. There will be a written test. Besides.. the final list will be released on the basis of skill test, trade test and interview. All these posts are being filled through direct recruitment on regular basis. Candidates applying under application fee of Rs. 500 to be paid. There is no need to pay the fee for SC, ST, disabled and women candidates.
